Born and raised in Volos, from his early years, his creative spirit, and ever questioning mind about the commerce industry, lead him to establish two clothing shops in London.

Returning to his home country he worked at the food industry. Meanwhile, with his wife, Adamandia and his brother George, opened their first deli shop in Volos by 1995. In 2009 they launched their second wholesale shop. His professional and personal beliefs are based on showing his support for local Greek products, creating a big network all over the country.

His acquaintance and then friendship, with the experienced sommelier Andreas Diakodimitris, along with his own interest in the process of distillation and the Greek viniculture, lead him in establishing the first liqueur store specialized on greek spirits in the city of Volos. He is, steadily, building partnerships with carefully chosen distilleries from all around the country. His one vision is to provide an unforgettable experience for the consumers, and the chance to get to know a not so highlighted, but very intriguing side of the premium Greek spirits.
